Little Shop of Horrors is a dreadful comedy full of humor, love, music, and murder. It tells the story of an alien plant that arrives on Earth and gets picked up by florist and botanist Seymour Krelborn. After some give and take with the plant, given the name Audrey 2, Seymour discovers its true nature: A flytrap hybrid that eats blood as a form of nutrition. Little Shop of Horrors has a 1986 film adaptation which is regarded as a cult classic making its way into pop culture references and long-lasting recognizability. This show is appropriate for ages 11 and up. We encourage all members of the community to experience this classic piece with us and to show support to the youth of West Seattle by seeing the show.
